You know they put this sign here because someone was challenging the locomotive.... 
"Just park the car here honey, I don't think this space is used for anything right now...."
I think this is one of the most frightening of the three signs - once you realize that there is no one in the locomotive - so if you are stupid enough to park on the tracks, or assume the train will give you the right of way, there isn't anyone in the train that will take pity on your stupidity and try to brake....
